Percent donor peripheral blood cells after transplant in seven dogs given 200 cGy TBI and DLA-identical marrow grafts. Two dogs received MTX/CSP (E200, E203) and five MMF/CSP (E066, E069, E131, E219, and E220) after transplant. Results were estimated by phosphor image analysis of (CA)_n dinucleotide repeat marker results.
