Tyrosine phosphorylation of RAFTK in TrHBMEC by PMA stimulation. Serum-starved TrHBMEC were treated with 20 nmol/L of PMA for 5 or 10 minutes. TCL from treated and untreated cells were immunoprecipitated with the anti-RAFTK antibody. Immunoprecipitates were size-fractionated on 7.5% SDS-PAGE and subjected to serial immunoblotting with antiphosphotyrosine antibody 4G10 (top panel) and anti-RAFTK (bottom panel). NRS was used as a negative control. There was a 200% estimated increase in phosphorylation after PMA treatment.
