Time course of TPO treatment on megakaryocytic cell adhesion to fibrinogen. ⁵¹Cr-labeled primary megakaryocytic (A) and HEL (B) cells were incubated with TPO (100 ng/mL) for increasing periods before plating onto fibrinogen-coated wells.
