Sagittal T1-weighted (600/20, TR/TE) MR image of the spine shows primary tumor in T12 (arrow) and additional focus of disease in L4 (short arrows). Conventional radiographs and CT scans failed to show the lesion in L2. Note characteristic postradiation bright signal in L1.
