Comparison of human and galago binding patterns. A subset of the comparison gel shifts are shown. In some cases, complexes identified with the human probe are more intense with the galago probe: CSBP-2 in FP3; YY1 in FP7; YY1 in FP13. In other cases, complexes are less intense, but still present with the galago probe: G1/G2 and GATA in the FP13 probe.
