The number of rolling leukocytes per minute (flux) was counted, and rolling leukocyte flux fraction was determined by dividing rolling leukocyte flux by total leukocyte flux (all leukocytes passing through microvessel). 10E9.6 had no significant effect on leukocyte rolling, either in the presence or absence of P-selectin MoAb RB40.34.
