The effect of pure synthetic Exodus on chemotactic activity of normal human PBMCs. Chemotaxis was measured by transwell migration. The highest concentrations of Exodus stimulated chemotaxis more efficiently than maximally effective concentrations of MIP-1 α. The values represent the average of two experiments performed in nine transwells each time plus or minus the standard error.
