Fas expression on leukemia cells from 64 patients with AML by flow cytometric analysis. Each column shows the percentage of Fas⁺ cells in leukemia cells from respective patients at initial diagnosis. Wide range of percentage (2% to 98%) and equal distribution are observed. Most leukemia cases are Fas⁺ (more than 20 % in cells tested express Fas).
