Regulation of bcl-2 mRNA expression in JVM-2 cells upon treatment with flavopiridol over a time course of 24 hours. Total cellular RNA (10 μg/lane) of untreated cells (CTRL) and cells cultured in the presence of flavopiridol was hybridized using a digoxigenin-labeled bcl-2 probe.
