LasBD reduces tumorigenicity of 32D^p210 cells but not 32D^P190 cells in vivo. A total of 10⁴ to 10⁷ untransduced (left panels) or LasBD transduced (right panels) 32D^p210 (A) and 32D^p190 (B) cells, selected ex vivo with MTX, were injected through the tail vein into C3H mice (4 independent experiments, 8 to 12 animals/group/experiment). Survival of animals was assessed daily for 100 days after inoculation. After 70 days, some animals that received 10⁷, 10⁶, and 10⁵ LasBD-32D^p210 cells were killed, and the spleen and marrow were examined for the presence of BCR/ABL cDNA, BCR/ABL mRNA, and AS mRNA.
