Relative recovery of labeled peripheral blood B cells in efferent lymph 0 to 48 hours after intralymphatic injection. The total number of CD21⁻ B cells was calculated by subtracting the number of labeled CD21⁺ cells from the number of labeled 2-8⁺ cells recovered at each time point. The percentage of total recovery of each subset at each time point was then calculated, and the results were pooled between experimental animals (mean of 4 animals ± SEM).
