GVL effect of allogeneic inocula against EL4 in IL-12–treated EL4 recipients is CD8-dependent. Lethally irradiated B6 mice were reconstituted with 5 × 10⁶ B6 TCD BMC plus 10 × 10⁶ TCD A/J BMC and 15 × 10⁶ A/J spleen cells depleted of CD4- (CD4-dep.-Allo), CD8- (CD8-dep.-Allo), or CD4 plus CD8 (TCD-Allo) cells.
