Expression of β₂ and α₄ integrins and L-selectin on eosinophils in whole blood (upper panels) and eosinophils purified from the peritoneal fluid (lower panels) as determined by flow cytometry. Cells were stained with anti-β₂ integrin (TA-4), anti-α₄ integrin (HP2/1), or anti–L-selectin (HRL1) MoAbs (all at a final concentration of 10 μg/mL; solid histograms) or the appropriate negative controls followed by FITC-conjugated secondary antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry.
