Sensitivity profile of anion fluxes from mouse peritoneal macrophages to DIDS and BSP (A), Tenidap and UK5099 (B), and Glyburide (C). I¹²⁵ efflux was measured in the presence of the indicated concentrations of drugs from cells stimulated by LPS/ATP and in basal conditions. The difference between the flux in the absence of the drug from stimulated and unstimulated cells was considered the reference value. The effect of the drug is reported as a percentage of the reference flux. Absolute values are reported below each panel.
