Comparison of MAP kinase activity between wt and hSCF²²⁰ transgenic mice. (B) Shown is an autoradiogram from a representative experiment, indicating reduced phosphate incorporation in MBP from cell lysates derived from hSCF²²⁰ transgenic mice in comparison to wt control.
