Mobilization of hematopoietic cells into peripheral blood after IL-8 administration. Peripheral blood was obtained at the indicated times after a single intraperitoneal injection of 30 μg of human recombinant IL-8 and analyzed for (A) absolute neutrophil count (ANC) and (B) colony-forming cells (CFU-C).
