Survival of vector and PKC TF-1 cell transfectants after IL-3 deprivation. Cells were deprived of IL-3 for increasing periods of time and cell viability was determined by vital dye exclusion and enumeration of viable cells by light microscopy. The percentage of viable cells is expressed in relation to the viable cell count at the beginning of the experiment. The experiment was repeated three times with similar results each time.
