(B) Flow cytometry study of polymorphonuclear cells from the patient treated with G-CSF. Normal coexpression of both CD16 and CD66b is observed in only 2% of the cells. The abnormal clone, which constitutes 98% of the population is characterized by a low expression of CD 16 without expression of CD66b.
