In each case, all the peptides were tested on a single occasion, and the dashed line indicates the level of proliferation taken as representing a positive response (the higher of SI = 3 or CPM = 500). Positive control responses to the foreign recall antigen PPD are also shown. The HLA-DR type of each patient was (1) DRB1*1501/2/3; DRB1*1303/4, (7) DRB1*4; DRB1*1401/4/5/7/8, and (8) DRB1*15; DRB1*0301.
