Association of AML1/ETO(MTG8) and AML1/Evi-1 with PEBP2β. COS-7 cells (1 × 10⁶) were transfected with 10 μg of the expression plasmids for full-length or mutant chimeric protein together with 1 μg of that for PEBP2β. Cells were lysed, immunoprecipitated with anti-AML1 serum, and subjected to Western blotting with anti-AML1 serum or rabbit anti-PEBP2β serum.
