LSA and EL-4 tumor cells can mediate DNA fragmentation in Fas⁺ PE-9 and other T cells. PE-9 T cells (A), thymocytes (B), or con A–activated T-cell blasts (C) were labeled with ³H-thymidine and used as targets to study the ability of LSA and EL-4 tumor cells to mediate cell death.
