Apoptosis measurement of MHC-I ligated Jurkat T cells. Cells were either untransfected or transiently transfected with the empty vector, CD20, Stat-3α, or Stat-3β. Cells were transfected as described in the Materials and Methods. Subsequently, apoptosis was measured as described in the Materials and Methods. The results are shown as the percentage of sub-G₁ staining where the relevant background values are subtracted.
