Progression-free survival of 126 patients with diffuse large-cell (A) and 96 patients with follicular (B) lymphoma according to the risk groups defined by TNF (−308) and LTα (+252) polymorphic haplotype status. The initial number of patients at risk for disease progression with diffuse large-cell lymphoma and carrying low-risk haplotype was 84, whereas the number of those with high-risk haplotype was 42. The initial number of patients at risk for disease progression with follicular lymphoma and carrying low-risk haplotype was 78, whereas the number of those with high-risk haplotype was 18.
