DNA degradation in Ramos cells caused by anti-CD20 MoAb (B1) plus GAM shown by agarose gel electrophoresis. Ramos cells (2 × 10⁶) were treated with 10 μg/mL control anti-CD3 MoAb (64.1) or anti-CD20 MoAb (B1) in the presence or the absence of GAM cross-linker (50 μg/mL) at 37°C for 24 hours.
