Incidence of CFU-O, CFU-M, CFU-GM, and CFU-SCF in c-kit^high and c-kit^low populations. One × 10³cells/mL of c-kit^high and c-kit^low cells were plated in agar medium in the presence of CESJ medium, M-CSF, GM-CSF, and SCF + IL-3 + IL-6.
