Time course of Hb level, sEpo, and circulating transferrin receptor in five patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma undergoing conventional chemotherapy (CHOP regimen). Data are mean values ± 1 SEM. One way ANOVA showed that Hb level did not change significantly during the observation period (P > .05), whereas both the decrease in circulating transferrin receptor (sTfR, F = 6.02, P < .01) and the mirror increase in sEpo (F = 14.54, P < .001) were found to be significant changes.
