Northern analysis of 32D cells overexpressing CDP. 32D/CDP and 32D/neo cells were induced with G-CSF, and RNA was harvested at the indicated time points. Northern analysis was performed, and the blot was sequentially hybridized with probes for mLF, mNG, mNC, human p47, and β-actin.
