Assessment of the Fas antigen expression in mixed Peyer's Patch cells from C3H/HeN mice illustrates that both the percentage of cells that are Fas⁺ (A) as well as the Fas antigen expression per cell (as shown by increased mean channel fluorescence) (B) is increased at 24 hours after the onset of sepsis.
