Effects of the Ca²⁺ protease inhibitor on processing of two different members of the ICE family. (A) Effects on CPP32. Cells were incubated for 16 hours in the absence or presence of 10 μmol/L methylprednisolone with or without 10 μmol/L zAPFcmk or 25 μmol/L zVADfmk, and levels of the precursor form of CPP32 were analyzed by immunoblotting.
