Lanes 2, 3, and 4 show CD38/34 and CD33/45 double-labeling dot plots of BM derived from SCID mice that were killed around day 40 after injection of AML cells that were either incubated for 48 hours in serum-free medium (SFM) lane 2; in SFM containing GM-CSF only, lane 3; or in SFM containing DT-GM-CSF at 100 ng/mL, lane 4. Murine cells are found in the lower left quadrant and depending on the characteristics of AML A, B, or C, human cells are found in the other three quadrants.
