Influence of hematopoietic cytokines on progenitor cell migration and 3H thymidine incorporation. Ten thousand FDCP-mix cells (▪) or 5,000 lin−Sca1+ cells (□) were seeded into Fn-coated 96 wells and migration as well as cell proliferation were determined after 24 hours in tilted position as described in Materials and Methods.
