Lymphocyte recovery in patients transplanted with either nonsorted autologous BM/PBSC or with FACS-sorted CD34⁺autologous HPC. The mean lymphocyte count in a separate population of 10 normal donor subjects was 1,800 cells/μL with a standard deviation of 400 cells/μL.
