FACS analysis of gp130 on thymocytes and splenic T cells in aged MRL/lpr and MRL/n. (A) and (C) Cells were prepared from aged MRL/lpr and MRL/n mice (20-week-old female) spleens. CD4⁺, CD8⁺, and Thy1.2⁺ cells were purified by MACS system, and gated by B220 expression. (B) Cells were prepared from thymus. The cells were then analyzed for gp130 expression. Closed and open histograms show staining with RX19 and control rat myeloma IgG_2a, respectively.
