Anti–BCR-ABL AS-ODNs do not alter normal CFC adhesion or proliferation. A total of 10,000 normal DR⁺ cells were incubated in serum-free medium for 96 hours with or without addition of b₂a₂ and b₃a₂breakpoint-specific ODNs. After incubation, cells were either kept in suspension or were cocultured with FN- (75 kD) coated wells for 4 hours and their adhesion and proliferation were evaluated as described in the text. Results represent the mean ± SEM for eight separate experiments.
