T-cell development in CCR9-deficient mice.

Thymocytes from wild-type and CCR9-deficient (CCR9^−/−) mice were analyzed by 3-color flow cytometry for the expression of CD4, CD8, and CD3. The percentage of cells found in each quadrant is indicated, and the percentage of CD3^high, and of CD3^high plus CD3^intermediate thymocytes indicated for the single-color histograms is shown in the lower panel.
