Shown is an autoradiograph of ³²P-labeled RT-PCR products that have been separated on the basis of length by denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. M13mp18 sequence is used as a standard to determine the length of each fragment. Each set of twins is identified by age, sex, and blood type.
