Photomicrographs (original magnification × 400) were taken adjacent to a subcutaneous zymosan deposit and represent the fluorescence associated with a single tubular, branching vascular structure as viewed with appropriate filters for (A) R-phycoerythrin (anti–E-selectin) or (B) fluorescein (anti–P-selectin).
