Anti-CMV reactivity of polyclonal Vδ2− γδ T-cell lines isolated from CMV seronegative or seropositive blood donors. Whole Vδ2− γδ T-cell lines generated by polyclonal activation were incubated on monolayers of CMV-infected or uninfected primary fibroblasts in the presence of an anti-CD107a mAb. After 6 hours, T cells were stained with an anti-Cδ mAb and analyzed by flow cytometry; representative raw data are presented in Figure S2.
