Overexpression of ANXA2 in 293T cells up-regulates S100A10 expression. The 293T cells were transfected with either pcDNA3 empty vector (lane 1, control) or pANXA2 vector (lane 2) and incubated at 37°C, 5% CO₂ for 72 hours. A total of 20 μg of each protein lysate was subjected to SDS-PAGE, followed by Western blotting with the antibodies indicated.
