CDPs express CXCR4 but no detectable levels of CCR7. The expression of the chemokine receptors Cxcr4 (A-B) and Ccr7 (C-D) was determined for CDPs that were isolated by FACS from steady-state BM and for indicated DCs from subcutaneous LNs.
