Transplanted TAg⁺B cells are tumorigenic and immunogenic. (A) Splenocytes (1 × 10⁶) of lymphoma bearing CD19-Cre × LoxP-Tag mice (n = 4) or age-matched tumor free LoxP-Tag control littermates (n = 3) were injected IV into Rag2^−/− × γc^−/− mice. Recipient mice were euthanized when lymphoma burden was palpable. Tumor burden manifested mainly as splenomegaly, depicted as exemplary images of a lymphoma-free (upper panel) and lymphoma-bearing (lower panel) Rag2^−/− × γc^−/− recipient. (B-C) Splenocytes (1 × 10⁶) of Rag passaged lymphoma cells were injected IV into indicated recipient mice. Recipient mice were euthanized when tumor burden was palpable.
