Phenotype of T cells prior to and after a 1-hour coincubation with LCL and LCL–HLA-G1 cells. Cell-surface expression of the indicated molecules was investigated by flow cytometry for CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells and HLA-G1–negative LCL-RSV and HLA-G1–positive LCL–HLA-G1 cells alone; for CD4⁺ and CD8⁺ T cells incubated with LCL-RSV cells; and for T cells incubated with LCL–HLA-G1 cells.
