GX015-070 inhibits the viability of HMCLs in the presence of IL-6, IGF-1, and BMSCs. HMCLs were cultured with 150 nM GX015-070 (GX) or vehicle control in the presence or absence of (A) 50 ng/mL IGF-1 or (B) 50 ng/mL IL-6. Cell viability after 48 hours was assessed by MTT assay and is reported as percent viable = (OD_{+Gx±cytokine})/(OD_±cytokine), where OD_±cytokine is the OD in the presence or absence of IGF-1 or IL-6. (C) HMCLs were cultured in the presence or absence of BMSCs and with 150 nM GX015-070 or DMSO control for 48 hours and viability was assessed by MTT assay and is reported as percent viable = (OD_+Gx±stroma)/(OD_±stroma).
