Assessment of bone marrow toxicity of ²²⁷Th-p-benzyl-DOTA-rituximab. The number of WBCs was counted each week for 8 weeks and at 14, 19, 30, and 36 weeks after injection of NaCl and 200, 400, and 1000 kBq/kg ²²⁷Th-p-benzyl-DOTA-rituximab. In weeks 1 and 5, the number of WBCs was counted using a hemolysis procedure; in all other time points, CBCs were obtained. (Horizontal line is lowest value of controls.)
