Mice were sensitized as in Figure 2F, and vehicle or AQX-MN100 applied to pairs of ears prior to DNFB challenge. Some mice were not challenged with DNFB (no DNFB). Ears were harvested, and MPO levels were determined. P < .02 for the AQX-MN100 versus the vehicle-treated groups.
