Expression of IL-15R on purified CD8⁺ and CD8⁻ T-cell fractions by Western blotting. (A) Expression of IL-15Rα isoforms was analyzed on purified CD8⁺ and CD8⁻ T-cell fractions from IM06 and HS03 subjects using the mAb147 (R&D Systems). Similar results were obtained with the antibody of sc-9172 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, data not shown). (B) Expression of IL-2/15Rβ and γc was analyzed on both cell subpopulations.
