Nucleofection of AONs results in correction of IL-12Rβ1 expression. Activated T cells from an IL-12Rβ1^−/− patient were nucleofected (A,B) without AON, with (C,D) AON63^FAM, (E,F) AON128, or (G,H) AON03. At 24 hours after nucleofection, the cells were labeled with an isotype control (A,C,E,G) or with the antihuman IL-12Rβ1 antibody 2B10 (B,D,F,H) and analyzed by FACS.
