Effect of dasatinib on collagen-induced PLC/DAG-kinase and PI 3-kinase activation. ³²P-labeled platelets were treated or not with 50 nM dasatinib for 15 minutes and stimulated by 5 μg/mL collagen for 2 minutes under stirring at 900g, and the levels of (A) ³²P-PtdOH, (B) ³²P-PtdIns(3,4)P₂, and (C) ³²P-PtdIns(3,4,5)P₃ were analyzed as indicated in “Methods.” Results are mean ± SEM of 3 independent experiments.
