Reversible effect of dasatinib on platelet thrombus formation under arterial flow conditions. DiOC6-labeled platelets in whole blood from control mice or mice treated with dasatinib (5 mg/kg) 4 or 48 hours before blood collection were perfused through a collagen-coated microcapillary at a shear rate of 1500 seconds for 2 minutes. Thrombus formation was visualized and analyzed as in Figure 3. Representative images of platelet adhesion from control and treated mice are shown (A-B). Scale bar represents 20 μm.
