Differentiative pattern of PMF CD34⁺ cells in NOD/SCID/IL2Rγ^null mice 2 months after the transplantation. Two months after transplantation, the mouse transplanted with primary CD34⁺ cells of Patient 4 was killed and cells were recovered from the BM of femurs, tibias, and humeri of the recipient mice. The presence of human primary cells and various lineage cells in the BM of the recipient mice was determined by mAb staining and flow cytometric analysis.
